I was talking to a friend at work a couple of weeks ago about how much I love SRAWBERRIES when she informed me that her husband works for a fruit distributor. She said she could get me a whole flat for less than $10.00. Of course I had to jump on that. Friday she brought me a whole flat of the best STRAWBERRIES. Friday night I spent a few hours making some of the best STRAWBERRY freezer jam. I wanted to be greedy and keep it all for myself but instead I gave some to my friends at work and my mom for mother’s day.
Kelly got a food processor for her birthday and she was kind enough to let me borrow it to make my jam. I have never used one before but I will never make jam again without it! The jam was so much easier to make using that versus a potato masher or blender.
I can’t wait to eat PB&J’s and toast for a long time!!!
