Today, after I finished all of my chores I decided to sit and play My Sims. I love this game. I can sit for hours and hours and do nothing but play it. There are dozens of reasons why I love My Sims so it’s difficult for me to understand why some people don’t like it and don’t have a desire to play it.
Kelly and I are a lot a like in many ways.
- We both love to cook/bake
- We both love to get new recipes
- We both love to read other people’s blogs.
- We both love facebook.
- We both have anxiety about the smallest things.
- We both are compassionate and don’t ever want to hurt anyone’s feelings.
- We both love lists and checking things off the list once we have bought or accomplished something on the list.
- We both have self diagnosed OCD.
- We share the love of “cute” socks.
- We both love to travel and take road trips.
- We love spending Sunday’s at our Dad’s house.
- We both love Gerbera Daisy’s.
- We both love to sign Celine Dion as loud as we possibly can in the car.
- We both love coffee ice cream.
- We both hate to mop the floors.
- We both love to get the mail.
But one thing that we don’t share an interest in is playing video games especially My Sims. I have tried several times to get her to play but she just doesn’t see the point in it. I don’t understand it but maybe one day she will find the same joy of My Sims as I do. She’s still my best friend even without the love of the game….

You're right. I don't get My Sims or almost any other video game. The rest of the stuff is right on though! We also both love to hang around the house in our jams, watch reality TV, we both hate social situations, we hate to talk on the phone (except to each other), we love pictues (just not of ourselves), and we both have eating behaviors (like keeping raw cookie dough in the fridge to eat)! How can two people be so much the same and so different?
