Apple Hill

Kelly and I took Thomas, Noelle and Karly on our annual trip to Apple Hill this past weekend.  Hope got to stay home and play with Grandma. We have our usual stops that we make but this year we kind of switched up the activities that we did.

Thomas, Noelle and Karly all went on this jumping apparatus. We were a little nervous about Karly going on it but she had a blast and kept saying “higher, higher, higher”. I guess that means she was having a good time.  IMG_2673

Then we had a nice picnic at our usual spot. The kids ate their lunch and played in the leaves while I took a lot of pictures. Then Kelly and the kids took a ride on the train.

Then we headed over and walked through the museum and looked at some old cars. We used to be able to go and climb on the old trucks but that area is no longer open so the one car outside the museum had to work for this year. I think next year we will skip this stop and find a new one to go to. The kids weren’t that impressed this year.

At our last stop the kids were able to feed the animals at the petting zoo and we took a short little hike on the nature trail. This stop included our treat for the day.
