This weekends baking project with the girls was whoopie Pies. Noelle has talked about whoopie pies for at least a month and making the crème filling red because Tyler told her he wanted a cookie with red frosting.
Noelle was very proud of her whoopie pies. She called to talk to Tyler and invited him to come and eat one with her but he was busy playing with his dinosaurs. She hasn’t quite figured out the whole distance thing. San Diego to Stockton would be quite the drive for whoopie pies. Especially when they weren’t that good and after Noelle at hers and went to bed Auntie tossed the rest in the garbage.
Whoopie Pies were a failure!
The rest of the weekend was successful though. The girls played nicely together. Karly has learned to climb up the chair to get on the couch so she did that at least 50 times if not more.
Karly also thinks she’s pretty funny when she’s giving Noelle a raspberry.
Then they played nicely in the bathtub. Of course I couldn’t get them both to look at me at the same time.
I love these girls! Proud to say it was another successful weekend at Auntie’s house.
I don’t think Salem thought it was!
