Happy 4th of July

As many of you know, I love the 4th of July and this year was no different. 

The past couple of years I have been trying to make creative cupcakes for dessert. This year I made blueberry and cherry pie cupcakes.  

They were a lot easier than I thought they would be and were a hit the kids. 

We had a fun packed day.  We went to the neighborhood swimming pool for a picnic and swimming.

     Kelly decided to try on Noelle’s Dora the Explorer goggles. 

     Then we went home and had the annual block party with everyone in the cul-de-sac. We had a great bbq, baseball game and a huge fireworks display cutesy of Dave and Rob.  I can’t wait for next year.
